We were home today, with nothing to do. Of course it's fun to have nothing to do, but I hate sitting around for longer than a couple of hours. So, we got busy- and when I say we, I mean Nicolette and I because Cole was sleeping. He misses out on so much because of naps. It's nice to spend time with Nicoletta (that's what I call I her. She calls me mommia). I just feel bad he misses out on the photo-ops!
We got in the kitchen and cooked, and baked. We made dinner, Chicken with eggplant-pepper sauce. And then we got to the baking.
We made homemade granola...
And then we made light banana muffins in these cute bear cupcake holders (courtesy of grandma!).
We missed our baby boy, but had a fun day!
