summer fun!

It's been aover a month and a half since I last posted, so I guess I am not doing so well keeping up with this blog. I hoped to post more so I could keep track of all the fun and exciting things Nicolette is doing. Since I am now a SAHM right now, I am going to be better.

My beautiful little girl is sleeping in her crib right now. I'm enjoying getting some stuff done while she is sleeping, but I can't wait to go get her when she wakes up. She gets this huge grin when she sees Jon or I!

Since May 27th, Nicolette:
* has taken her first steps (July 3rd, 5 days after she turned 10 months)
* learned to climb stairs (today, actually... right after I was telling my brother's gf she can't yet)
* says ball, hi and dada... not mama though, despite many attempts)
* eats pretty much anything she can and signs more nonstop!
* has not gotten any teeth yet
* dances, actually shimmies to any music
* imitates us (clicks her tongue, claps etc.)
* says AHHHH and opens her mouth when she wants more food or when we say "let mommy/daddy see"
* gives kisses on command (this is my new favorite... we used to get them sporatically, but it's all the time now... she opens her mouth and kisses!)
